Me Too

I read this book on tumble books. I think it is a really good book, and I enjoyed it a lot. It is by Jamie Harper. It is about a girl named grace who loves doing a lot of things. Apperently so does her copy cat sister Lucy. Lucy copies everything that Grace does and it really gets on graces nerves. She tried speaking to her parents, but all they kept on saying was “monkey see monkey do.” One day while she was at swimming class she tried doing a dive that her coach could do but it didn’t turn out the way she wanted it to, and everyone said that she was trying to COPY her swim coach. She thaught about it and decided that it was okay to copy someone you admire and didn’t mind Lucy copying whatever she did anymore.

The Awakening

Chloe Saunders is back in this suspense-filled sequel to The Summoning.

After Chloe, Raechelle, Derek, and Simon (Derek’s brother) run off from Lyle House, the girls are caught, while the boys are not. (This happened in the end of the first book.)

The girls are taken to a medical clinic. The other residents of Lyle House are there as well. Then, they find out their powers. Our main character, Chloe, is a necromancer, meaning she can summon, talk to, listen to, and see ghosts. Raechelle is a half-demon, also known as an Exustio, which is the highest kind of fire demon. Tori is a witch, Derek is a werewolf, and Simon is a diabetic sorcerer.

The staff at the medical centre is surprised when Tori and Chloe escape from the building. The girls then meet up with Simon and Derek. Together they explore the city of Boston, protect each other against dangers, and work their way to the brothers’ house. Read the book yourself to get the details on what happens next. This book is by Kelley Armstrong, and is in Chapters.

I thought that this book was excellent and one of the best books I have ever read. I only have one thought. That is that the book could talk a bit more about Simon’s being a sorcerer, because they only mention it in the book a couple of times.

Goosebumps 3 scary summer

I got this book from our school library. The author is R.L Stine. This book has 3 tales. This book is  sectioned under HORROR. These books will give you the SPOOKS. This book has 3 scary tales in it. I am going to tell you one of them and then if you want to read the others you should get the book. In one of the tales there is two kid who are brother and sister. They go to there grandpa and grandma’s house. They meet some kids at there grandparents house and they become friends with them. There is also an tunnel that there new friends tell them not to go inside and that its is haunted by a GHOST. Later that night when they  were going home they passed the cemmetary , and they saw something really weird. They saw there new friends names on the gravestones in bolded letters and they also saw there GRANDPARENTS NAMES on the gravestone. So now they were scared and  then they went home and didnt know what to say or do.  That night they went home and went straight to bed.  Then the next morning they saw there friewnds near the tunnel and they walked up to them and said “today we have got to close ghost tunnel” “wwhahat” he said. We are gong to shot that tunnel with the ghost inside. Well it ended up with them in the tunnel. with the GHOST. REad the book to find out what happens and IT IS AN SHOCKING ENDING

Bone(The dragonslayer)book 4

I found this book in the school library. This book is a fictional text. This book is about phoney bone lieing to the townspeople that ”I will protect you from the Dragons if you fallow my orders”.Phoney bone wares a black t-shirt with a big star on his chest.His peronality is werse than any bone alive. Fone bone is more of a nicer bone,he always hands around with Gran’ma Ben and Thorn.He has a big nose and he will try to defend Thorn at any costs.Smiley bone is allways happy no matter what,he weres a small hat that is a darhish red and a darkish red coat with a cigar hanging from his mouth.

Lucuis Down is the owner for the Barelhaven, he wares a light green t-shrt with brown pants and black shoes. Smiley,fone, and phoney bone all came from boneville were they were ran out of town because of the riote the townspeople of boneville created.I really liked this book alot because it si interesting and it had lots of interesting pictures and its suspenseful.

This book is good for people that like the bone series.I hope you read these bone series.:)

The Red Blazer Girls

Sophie St. Pierre, Margaret Wrobel, and Rebecca Chen are 3 best friends in 7th grade. They attend St. Veronica’s School. It is an all-girl, catholic school. The all-boys school, St. Andrew’s School, is next door. On the other side of St. Veronica’s is St. Veronica’s Church, in the shape of a cross (from a birds-eye view).

It all started one day in September. Sophie and Margaret are in their language class, with Mr. Elliot. The class is reading Great Expectations. Suddenly, Sophie sees something. In the window of the church, is an old lady with skin as white as snow, and hair pure white. Then, as she is frightened, Sophie screams. That is how the mystery begins.

They do all kinds of things like they talk to the woman, and learn the mystery to be solved. The thing is, her father left a letter and mystery to be solved by his granddaughter. So, by using the letter, which is the first clue, the 3 girls are asked to follow the 6 clues to solve the puzzle. Each clue is revealed when they find the one before it.

It is a really good book and I TOTALLY DEFINETLY recommend it for everyone. I loved every page of it, but sometimes had math you didn’t understand. Fortunately, there was little math.

the univited

one normal day not far from area 51…. BOOM CRASH “what, what was that” said the half asleep gard ” i sould chek it out. wooow it look like a ship, an alien ship! ” then out of the smoke of the crash a swamp green sharp nailed arm apeard before the alien could completly on cover it self from ruble the gard iched closer and closer till SWIPE! the alien grabed his ancle and pulled him in the destroyed ship then after a few secounds the gard came back out of the ship look slitly deformed and walked back into area 51 once inside the control room transformed to its real form the alien. then it tried to send a signal to his home planet but failed. Agrevated it smashed the keybord, then two men came in the room so the alien dashed be hined the cabnet the men saw the smashed keybord and got scared one of the men picked up a phone and went to call sucrity so the alien jumped at the men braking the phone and pushing then men down running to ascape at the front door a gard confronted the alien the alien towerd over him at about 8.5 feet with curved spikes up it’s back teeth that looked like 3 inched rasers and green slimy yet smooth looking skin the alien ran past him knocking him over with it slic tail that also had a blade on the end the alien ascaped. “What hapend here”!!! said the comander of area 51 “sir an alien hapend” “i see i need the five best enginers in my office I think I have an idea” the cammander said…

back at the alien ship it was trying its best to fix the ship but it was to damaged to repir mean while in area 51. “look i”ve delt with aliens be for and I know just how to captuer one” the cammander said showing the enginers a blue print of an ice ray “but why would you want to catch it” said an enginer “so I can reserch it” the cammander said.”and to finish up my plan i will need soldiers this plan is the best plan i”ve ever come up with we will attack tommorow” the next day the alien came back only tosee 20 troops standining ready to fight so the alien ran at them and batteled long enuf for tree men to bring out the freeze ray sence the alien was distracted it did not see the freeze ray once the alien defeted the troops the freeze ray was fully charged and blasted him ” easer then I thot take it inside”the cammander said releved. the humans thot there plan was complete well it would have bin if the alien ship only had one alien on it.
